Sanjeev Ohri

Chief Executive Officer & Safeguarding Support

Sanjeev Ohri is our Chief Executive Officer and brings over 35 years of experience in vocational training, apprenticeships, and international workforce development. His career has taken him from assessor and apprenticeship manager roles to senior leadership positions including Vice Principal, Deputy Chief Executive, and now CEO.

Sanjeev has led education and skills projects in 19 countries, building partnerships with governments, employers, and training providers while supporting thousands of learners in gaining new opportunities. His expertise lies in strategic leadership, business development, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven record of delivering growth, quality, and innovation.

Passionate about the power of education to transform lives, Sanjeev continues to champion equal opportunities and inspire the next generation of leaders.

Edward West

Head of MIS & IT

Edward West has been a key part of Dynamo Healthcare Training since 2016 and brings more than 25 years of experience in IT and management.

He oversees all aspects of management information systems and technology, ensuring systems remain secure, efficient, and capable of supporting both staff and learners. Edward works closely with his team to create a positive, collaborative environment where innovation and professional development are encouraged.

Outside of work, Edward enjoys gaming on his PlayStation 5, watching films, and keeping up with his favourite TV shows.

Carol Harker

Head of Quality, Curriculum & Data / Designated Safeguarding Lead

Carol Harker joined Dynamo Healthcare Training in 2020 and serves as Head of Quality, Curriculum and Standards, as well as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Since beginning her education career in 2013 as an assessor at Truro College, Carol has developed extensive expertise in quality assurance, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance. She plays a key role in ensuring training programmes meet national standards while providing a supportive learning environment.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys coastal walks, woodland adventures with her dog and son, and spending time near the water.

Sameera Jauhar

Project Manager

Sameera Jauhar supports project coordination across the organisation, contributing to operational planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

She works closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Sameera holds a BSc from University College London (UCL) and brings a structured, analytical approach to project delivery within the training and education sector.

Outside of work, Sameera enjoys reading, travelling, and long walks.

Jessica Worden

Business Administration & Marketing Apprentice

Jessica Worden joined Dynamo Healthcare Training in July 2025 after completing her A Levels. She brings more than four years of customer service experience and nearly a year of practical marketing experience.

In her apprenticeship, Jess supports both administrative and marketing activities across the organisation. She also enjoys photography and exploring creative interests developed during her studies.

Holly Barnes

Learner Onboarding & Marketing Apprentice

Holly Barnes joined Dynamo Healthcare Training in December 2025 with more than five years of customer service experience and experience in school administration.

She supports learners through the onboarding process, helping ensure a smooth and positive transition into their training journey while also contributing to marketing activities.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys reading, painting, and gaming.

Julia Schofield

Data Management Administrator

Julia Schofield joined Dynamo Training in November 2022 and brings extensive experience in data management and quality compliance.

With more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in exam administration, Julia applies her strong attention to detail to ensure assessments and learner data are managed accurately and efficiently.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys reading, swimming, and exploring new places on long walks.

The Assessors

Kelly Dalton

Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeships Assessor / IQA

Kelly Dalton joined Dynamo in January 2021 and supports learners across Adult Care, Business Administration, and Customer Service apprenticeships.

With over six years of experience, Kelly is passionate about helping learners develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed in their careers.

Debbie Howells

Adult Care & Clinical Care Apprenticeships Assessor

Debbie Howells specialises in Level 2 & 3 Adult Care and Level 3 Clinical Adult Care apprenticeships.

With more than 32 years of healthcare experience, including five years as an assessor, Debbie brings deep industry knowledge to support learners in developing ethical, professional, and person-centred care practices.

Outside work, Debbie enjoys reading, cold-water swimming, cooking, and outdoor activities.

Debbie Davies

Level 4 & 5 Apprenticeships Assessor

Debbie Davies has been part of Dynamo Healthcare Training since 2014. She has over 11 years of experience as an assessor and has worked in Health and Social Care since 1997.

She specialises in supporting professionals working with adults with learning disabilities and is passionate about helping others grow in this rewarding sector.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys touring in her camper van, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her pets.

Caroline Parnell

Curriculum Development & Clinical IQA

Caroline has been part of Dynamo Healthcare Training since 2019 and brings over 30 years of experience in nursing and midwifery.

She plays a key role in curriculum development and works as an Internal Quality Assurer for clinical courses, ensuring assessments remain fair, consistent, and compliant with awarding body and Ofsted standards.

Caroline also enjoys walking her four Labradors, spending time with her grandchildren, and continuing to develop her British Sign Language (BSL) skills.

Julie Dawes

Functional Skills Tutor

Julie Dawes joined Dynamo Healthcare Training in February 2025 and brings 25 years of experience in education.

She supports learners in developing essential Functional Skills, creating a positive and encouraging environment that helps individuals build confidence and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys travelling in her camper, walking with her dog Elsie, and spending time with family and friends.
