Funding and Support

If you're paying the apprenticeship levy, you can take advantage of fully funded training. For those who aren't levy payers, you'll only need to contribute a small 5% towards training costs, with 95% funded by the government. Plus, learners aged 16 to 21 may qualify for even more support!

Our Business Development Team is here to help you every step of the way. We're ready to guide you through the registration process for the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and provide expert funding advice, ensuring everything stays compliant and runs smoothly.

Duration & Delivery
  • Typical Duration- 12–15 months
    Delivery Model-
    A blended learning approach, integrating hands-on experience with online sessions and face-to-face visits.

    Learners will receive consistent one-on-one support, virtual workshops, and engaging training resources tailored to their work commitments. Our experienced tutors are committed to ensuring every apprentice gains the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in customer service.
Assessment
  • Upon completing the Apprenticeship, learners will undertake an End Point Assessment (EPA) that encompasses:

    Apprentice Showcase- A collection of evidence showcasing skills and milestones achieved throughout the program
    Practical Observation: Demonstrating professional behaviors in a real customer environment Professional Discussion: Evaluating understanding, knowledge, and reflective learning
