Funding and Support

If you're paying the apprenticeship levy, you can take advantage of fully funded training. For those who aren't levy payers, you'll only need to contribute a small 5% towards training costs, with 95% funded by the government. Plus, learners aged 16 to 21 may qualify for even more support!

Assessment
  • At the culmination of the apprenticeship, you will participate in an End Point Assessment (EPA) designed to showcase your acquired knowledge and skills. This includes:

    - A Work-based Project Presentation—demonstrating your problem-solving abilities and service improvement outcomes

    - A Professional Discussion—assessing your communication skills, knowledge, and professional demeanour

    - A Practical Observation—providing evidence of exemplary customer service in real-life settings
