What You'll Learn

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will acquire advanced knowledge, skills, and behaviours that are vital for impactful early years practice, including:

Additionally, you will complete:

  • The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator

Funding and Support

Levy-Paying Employers: You can fully utilise your Apprenticeship Levy contributions to cover the costs of your apprenticeship training.

 

Non-Levy Employers: The government covers 95% of training costs, so you'll only need to contribute 5%. Plus, there's full funding available for learners aged 16 to 21.

Assessment
  • Throughout the program, you'll build a dynamic portfolio that reflects your knowledge, skills, and professional development. The apprenticeship culminates in an End Point Assessment (EPA), which includes:
