No formal prior leadership training is necessary, just a passion for fostering others' success and a readiness to grow!

Progression Opportunities

Once you complete the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to advance into roles such as:

  • Operations Supervisor
  • Department Manager
  • Project Lead

You can even further your development through higher-level apprenticeships, such as the Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship.

Funding and Support

Apprenticeships are government-funded, which means you won’t have to worry about tuition fees.

  • If your employer contributes to the Apprenticeship Levy, your training is fully funded.
  • If not, the government covers 95% of the cost.
  • Learners aged 16–21 may qualify for full funding.

  • Typical Duration: 15–18 months Delivery Model: Our apprenticeship adopts a flexible, blended learning approach that fits seamlessly around your busy role. Here’s what you can expect:

    - Regular, personalised support and progress reviews with your dedicated tutor

    Your learning experience is tailored to your current position, ensuring it remains relevant, practical, and achievable alongside your work commitments.

    Upon successfully completing the program, you will hold the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship Standard, a nationally recognised qualification that will empower you in your leadership journey across any industry!
Assessment
  • Your successes will shine through an End Point Assessment (EPA), which includes:

    - A professional discussion supported by a curated portfolio of evidence

    - A presentation session followed by an engaging Q&A
