Funding and Support

Levy-Paying Employers: You can fully utilise your Apprenticeship Levy contributions to cover the costs of your apprenticeship training.

 

Non-Levy Employers: The government covers 95% of training costs, so you'll only need to contribute 5%. Plus, there's full funding available for learners aged 16 to 21.

Duration & Delivery
  • Typical Duration: 18–24 months

    Delivery Model:
    Engage in a flexible and blended learning experience that mixes practical leadership practice with interactive online courses and face-to-face reviews.

    Your journey will be guided by an experienced skills coach and industry experts, ensuring you can apply your newfound knowledge directly in your workplace. Regular progress reviews will keep you informed and confident as you move forward.
Assessment
  • At the end of your program, you'll participate in an End Point Assessment (EPA) designed to evaluate your leadership skills and professional standing. This assessment may include:

    - An observation of your leadership practices in action

    - A professional discussion supporting your portfolio

    - A situational judgment test focusing on your strategic decision-making abilities

    Our dedicated tutors will provide structured preparation and invaluable guidance to ensure you're ready to confidently demonstrate your expertise and achieve remarkable results.
