Funding and Support

For Levy-Paying Employers:

For Non-Levy Employers:

  • Typical Duration: 18–24 months Delivery Model: Experience a flexible blended learning approach, combining:

    - Practical leadership training in your workplace

    - Interactive online learning sessions

    - Face-to-face reviews and progress meetings

    An experienced specialist will support you throughout your journey, ensuring you can apply your learning directly to your role. Regular progress reviews will keep you motivated, supported, and confident along the way.
Assessment
  • At the conclusion of the programme, you will undertake an End Point Assessment (EPA) tailored to showcase your leadership capability and professional competence, which typically includes:

    - Observation of your leadership practice within the workplace

    - A professional discussion based on your portfolio

    - A situational judgment test centred on strategic decision-making

    You will receive structured preparation and continual guidance to ensure your readiness for success.
